IDL-BG Consultants are registered with Companies House to verify identities and file company documents under Anti - Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
All company directors, people with significant control (PSCs) and anyone who incorporates a UK company, whether they are UK residents or Non-UK residents, are legally required to verify their identity under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023.
The person being verified will need to provide 2 documents in total. They must provide either:

2 photographic identity documents from group A

1 photographic identity document from group A, and 1 document from group B
Accepted Group A Documents are:

UK Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) or Biometric Residence Card (BRC)

Accepted Group B Documents are:

Bank or building society statement, dated in the last 3 months with your residential address printed on it

Birth or adoption certificate

Marriage or civil partnership certificate

Mortgage statement, dated within the last 12 months, with your residential address printed on it

UK council tax statement, dated within the last 12 months

Utility bill dated within the last 3 months with your residential address printed on it

UK local authority or social housing rental agreement
-
Government issued residency confirmation document
At least one of the provided documents must content the residential address of the person verified.
Our price is £50 per identity verification.
